Investor Acknowledgements

• I have obtained, reviewed and understand Wealth Funds LLC’s  Educational Materials
• I am not exceeding my annual Regulation Crowdfunding investment limit by making this investment within the past 12 months on any crowdfunding portal, including Wealth Funds LLC, if I’m a non-accredited investor.
• I understand that this investment involves risks, including substantial risk of loss, and that I should not invest unless I can afford to lose my entire investment.
• I understand and acknowledge that these securities will not be transferable for at least 12 months.  There is liquidity risk and it may be difficult to resell my securities, as there may not be a secondary market.
• I understand and acknowledge that there are restrictions I am only able to cancel my investment commitment up until 48 hours before the closing of this offering.  After that time, I cannot cannel my investment to obtain a refund of funds committed.
• I understand that in the event that the Issuer deems that there is a “material” change to this offering as defined under Regulation Crowdfunding, I will be required to reconfirm this investment or it will be cancelled and funds will be returned.
• I understand and acknowledge that there is no guarantee of a relationship between Wealth Funds LLC’s and the issuer upon closing of the offering.
• I consent to electronic delivery of all documents, notices, and agreements as related to my investment and account.
• I have received and reviewed the issuer’s Form C, offering material and disclosures.
• I agree to Wealth Funds LLC’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
